INGREDIENTS
3 Tablespoons butter or margarine
3 Tablespoons Maizena (cornflour)
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup natural yogurt
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper
Melt the butter in a saucepan over a low heat.
Add the cornflour, salt, pepper and honey. Stir well to remove lumps.
Add the milk gradually, stirring continuously until the sauce is thick and creamy.
Turn the heat up and let it boil for 2 minutes, watching it and stirring all the time.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Add the yogurt and serve.
